1. Overview
By accessing the ETCHVOW website or placing an order for a custom copper art piece, you agree to these Terms of Service. ETCHVOW is a brand of Huijian Studio, producing hand-crafted copper art based on China's intangible cultural heritage copper-rubbing technique.
2. Custom Orders & Design Proof
All products are made to order. After you submit your design requirements, we will prepare a digital design proof for your approval. Production begins only after you approve the proof. You are entitled to reasonable revisions before production; changes requested after production has begun may incur additional charges.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in USD and do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in your country. Full payment is required after design proof approval and before production begins. We accept credit/debit cards (via WorldFirst) and PayPal.
4. Production & Shipping
Standard production time is 7 working days after design approval. Shipping is worldwide via express carriers (DHL/FedEx/UPS), typically 5\u201310 business days. ETCHVOW is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or force majeure.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because every piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your piece arrives damaged or differs significantly from the approved design proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Intellectual Property
The ETCHVOW name, logo, website design, and original artwork are the property of Huijian Studio. By submitting custom content (photos, text, lyrics), you confirm that you have the right to use it, and you grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of producing your order.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Copper is a living material that develops a natural patina over time; this is a characteristic of the material, not a defect.
